Cook Pinyahan Manok like Danica Sotto Pingris

Even celebrities are using this time to hone their cooking skills. Danica Pingris says that the simplest ingredients can be turned into a wonderful dish. It doesn’t always have to be complicated as long as you know the right blend and you cook with passion and love. She recently shared this simple recipe for creamy Pinyahan Manok she makes for her family and serves with love.

Cooking doesn’t have to be complicated. As long as alam mo yung tamang timpla and you cook with your heart, for sure magiging masarap. The simplest ingredients can be turned into a sumptuous dish. Just like this Creamy Pininyahang Manok that I made today. Simple, creamy and easy but of course made with love! Let’s treasure every moment that we have with our families especially during mealtimes. Gawin natin lahat ng paraan para ma feel nila ang ating pagmamahal. 💙 . . Pininyahang Manok Ingredients: 1 whole chicken 1 can pineapple chunks (save pineapple water) bel pepper, sliced garlic, chopped onion, chopped oil carrots (optional) salt and pepper to taste 1 pack 125ml Nestle All purpose cream 1 tsp cornstarch . . Procedure: 1. Season chicken and Sauté in oil. Remove and set aside. 2. Sauté garlic, onion, carrot, bell peppers, and pineapple in the same pan. Pour water and pineapple water. Add chicken and simmer for 15 minutes. 3. Stir in cornstarch and water mixture to thicken the sauce. Pour NESTLÉ® All Purpose Cream and simmer for another minute. Transfer on a serving plate and serve and enjoy 💙
