The brand also posted additional tips for when you’re using raw or unsweetened cocoa, you may want to add a little sweetness, and if you’re using already sweetened cocoa (that is, ready-to-drink supermarket-bought cocoa), you may want to reduce your sweetener. The recipe uses full cream milk, but if you prefer almond or non-fat milk, go for it and adjust your sweeteners accordingly. Here’s a list of all you’ll need:

Ingredients:

  • 300 ml of any available milk
  • 100 ml of water
  • 4 tbsps. of cocoa powder (unsweetened if possible)
  • 4 to 6 pieces of ice cubes depending on the height of glass
  • 2 tablespoons of sugar

Procedure:

  1. Make the cocoa drip sauce. In a pan, combine the cocoa powder, sugar, and water together. Mix everything with a spatular to make sure there are no clumps until your a gentle simmer.
  2. Be cool. Stir occasionally and once mixture thickens, turn off the heat. Let it cool for about a minute.
  3. Brush it up. Brush the cocoa drip sauce on the side of the glass, enough to nicely covered the rim. Gently add ice cubes.
  4. Pour and fill. Pour the milk. Scrape off the rest of the cocoa drip sauce and add on top of the milk. Bonus: Chop three to four pieces of Oreos or any chocolate cookie as a topper/garnish. You can also add chia seeds.
  5. Snap a photo and chill. Take a photo and post. After, stir drink well with a straw.
