If you’re tired of home cooking and exploring recipes, take a break and treat yourself with food from the kitchens of the top hotels in the metro. It doesn’t hurt to splurge a little, after all, we need good food to keep the body’s immunity at its peak.


The luxury hotel is now offering Tapenade on-the-go. The popular restaurant’s signature dishes are available, particularly paella, stone-baked pizzas, and pasta. The hearty paellas are good for two to three persons with Wagyu Beef and Mushroom, Roast Chicken and Chorizo, and Seafood as flavors to choose from. Pizzas include the Salumi, Quattro Formaggi, Margherita, Alla Carbonara, Grilled Artichokes, and Alla Fiorentina. Any will pair wonderfully with pasta such as Spaghetti Alla Tornola, Spaghetti Carbonara, Penne Al Funghi, Spaghetti Bolognese, and Spaghetti Alle Vongole.

Gourmands in Metro Manila can now look forward to bringing home choice culinary delights from Marco Polo Ortigas Manila. Some of the hotel’s beloved dishes such as Cucina’s paella mixta and green chicken curry, as well as Lung Hin’s sweet soy wok-fried chicken, are now available for takeaway.

Cafe Pronto also resumed operations, allowing coffee and dessert lovers to enjoy its selections from 8 a.m. to 6 p.m. daily. The Cafe’s Opera Cake, the Sacher cake (also known as the Sachertorte), and chocolate chip cookies are available for pre-order and takeaway, as well as the signature chocolate haven cake, chocolate truffle, and frangipane tart. All orders must be placed at least a day ahead of the preferred pickup schedule.

The Peninsula Manila now offers a wide menu for food delivery and takeout from The Peninsula Boutique. It is popular for its classic ensaymada, bread, quiches, donuts, macarons, handmade chocolates, and cakes. The Lobby brings to your home pancit luglug, chicken and pork adobo, beef short-rib kare kare, oven-baked lasagna, and pancit canton. The generous portions serve four persons and require 24-hours advance notice. Spices also offers a variety of Asian food from butter naan and chicken samosa to phad thai.

Essential workers, frontliners will enjoy a 20 percent discount on purchases at The Peninsula Boutique. Additionally, every time customers reach a single-receipt purchase of P2,000, a Peninsula Bread of the Month will be donated to a frontliner. Peninsula Manila offers free delivery within Makati City to guests with a minimum single-receipt purchase of P2,000. Otherwise, a delivery fee of P200 will apply.

Cash, credit card, or payment link are the only accepted modes of payment. Guests and patrons can also book Grab and Lalamove services to pick-up their orders.
