As a life coach and a mental health advocate, I have viewed the crisis as an opportunity to share wisdom and spread positivity to others. The situation has inspired me to come up with something to help people with the emotional fallout of this confusing and challenging time. I was set to encourage others to accept and see the silver lining in the moment of quarantine. A gratitude practice does not sound like much, but we know from research that a daily gratitude practice is good for us, helping us get better sleep, reduce stress, and stay healthier. So my ultimate goal is to help prepare Filipinos with the new normal—to help as many as I could to cope with confusion, anxiety, and depression during the crisis.

The first series deals with the crisis, looking at it as a mission to be able to inspire and encourage others, keeping their sanity and helping them to be calm, and understanding the real meaning of success in our lives today. The second series is the growing and learning stage—adapting to the changes, accepting the hurts and pain, managing stress to rest with a joyful heart. The third series is the transformation stage, where you are already able to adjust and accept the new normal with discipline, wisdom, and strength. And, finally, the final series is about how we can nourish our souls and be spiritually healthy. May these words inspire everyone to smile during and after a crisis to be able to successfully thrive each day and look forward to a new and better life ahead.
