Isn’t it rewarding to know that the beauty brands you love are making a difference? There are brands that go beyond makeup and do more than just to make you look good. Here are a few beauty brands who donated 100 percent of their profits last weekend to help the victims of Typhoon Ulysses.

Blk Cosmetics

Last weekend, from Nov. 14 to 15, all proceeds from the brand’s website were directly donated to charities and drives that aim to help those most affected by the Typhoon.

Luxe Organix

All profits last weekend from Luxe Organix’s Beauty Avenue Shopee and Lazada were donated directly to communities affected by the typhoon. The brand also said that their donation drive is inspired by other local brands who have also pledged to donate their proceeds. “We hope to motivate more to do the same,” the brand wrote in an Instagram post.

Sunnies Studios

As a homegrown brand from the Philippines, Sunnies Studios says they experience firsthand the devastation brought on by these catastrophic annual typhoons. So last weekend, they pledged 100 percent of all online sales (both local and international) to go directly to the vulnerable communities affected by the recent typhoon.

Happy Skin

Last weekend, all Happy Skin sales were donated to hose who were affected by the typhoon, too.

From Nov. 14 to 15, 100 percent of the proceeds from their website were given directly to charities that support communities heavily affected by the typhoon.

Colourette

Over the weekend, local brand Colourette restocked five of their bestselling Colourtint shades—Zola, Robin, Gigi, Olive, and Lay—on Shopee and Lazada. 100 percent of sales from the mentioned shades were given to the victims of the typhoon.

The brand has also announced that 100 percent of the proceeds from their merch sales this Nov. 16 to 20 will go to relief efforts and donation drives.
